दशैंको शुभकामनाDashain: 20% off delivery on your first gift

Why trust us

Your gift is in Nepali hands, all the way to the door.

Sending money and gifts home shouldn’t feel like a gamble. Watch exactly what happens after you press pay.

How it works

Five steps. You see every one.

Usually 1 day, door to door

  1. 2 minutes

Step 1: You order from the US

Pick the gift, write your note, pay by card.

  2. Within 1 hour

Step 2: A local shop confirms

Our partner shop confirms stock and freshness, and writes your card by hand.

  3. Before dispatch

Step 3: We check it first

Our team buys it at the shop and looks it over before it leaves. Not right? We fix it.

  4. 1 day or 1 week

    Step 4: Our rider delivers

We let them know the day before, or keep it a surprise. You choose.

  5. When it’s handed over

Step 5: You see it arrive

Your order’s page shows it delivered, with the time. Not delivered? Full refund.

Our promises

In writing, so you can hold us to it

  1. Delivered, or 100% refunded

If we can’t deliver, every cent goes back to your card. Always free, no forms.

  2. Real Nepali prices

You see the shop’s own price in rupees beside the dollars, plus one delivery fee. The only extra is about 2% on the exchange rate, to send the money home.

  3. Every step, on your order’s page

Bought, out for delivery, delivered: each step shows on your order’s page with the time it happened.

  4. Payments by Stripe

Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover. We never see or store your card number.

  5. Real people, one email away

Write to our Kathmandu team, in Nepali or English, before and after you order.

  6. Shops we’ve visited

Every partner bakery, florist and store is checked in person before they join.

Questions people ask us

Something we haven’t answered? A real person in Kathmandu is one email away.

Email us your question
  • How is it so cheap?

You pay what the shop charges in Nepal, plus one delivery fee you see before paying. We turn rupees into dollars at the market rate plus about 2%, which covers sending the money to Nepal. Nothing else is added to the gift.

  • What if my gift isn’t delivered?

You get 100% of your money back to your card. Just email us your order number.

  • Can I pay with Venmo?

Not yet. Checkout runs on Stripe and takes cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. Venmo isn’t offered through Stripe, so we can’t take it.

  • Will they know it’s from me?

Yes. Your note is hand-written on a card. You choose whether we keep it a surprise or tell them it’s coming.

  • Where do you deliver?

Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan today. Biratnagar, Butwal and Dharan are next.

  • How fast is delivery?

Next day, within a week, or same day if you order before 12 noon Nepal time. You pick the speed at checkout and see the price before paying.
